Shumai: Chicken and shrimp are finely ground and steamed to create shumai, served in sets of 4. Dumplings are garnished with thick, sweet soy sauce, cilantro, and fried onions. Served with a side of ginger soy sauce for dipping.

Chicken Satay: 3 Grilled chicken thighs marinated in coconut milk, curry powder, garlic, and lemongrass, skewered and baked. Brushed with peanut sauce and served with lime, cucumber, onion, and carrot.
