New Cuban Vendor

Kevin here, coming to you from our beloved St. Roch Market. Today is a fun day for me because announcing new vendors is my favorite part of my new job here!

Introducing Aritza's Kitchen Cuban Cuisine, the latest gem to join our family. Aritza has made a name for herself adding vibrancy and a genuine love for hospitality to New Orleans’ industry for over a decade. Now fresh out of culinary school she’s ready to spice up the market with the authentic taste of Cuba.

Aritza's menu that reads like a love letter to the Cuban food heritage. Dive into "El Cubanito," a Cuban sandwich that's a masterpiece of flavors, or get cozy with her Ropa Vieja, where the beans and rice tell a story of tradition. And let's not forget the empanadas – light and crispy and filled with beef, it’s the best I’ve ever had. I can say for sure it speaks to me!

I'm thrilled about Aritza's journey because it's the very essence of why I love St. Roch – it’s a place for the ambitious and the creative, a space where culinary dreams become a reality. Aritza isn't just a new vendor; she’s a vibrant chapter in our ongoing story.
